PASSENGERS

by Guillaume Marmin (FR)

By changing the way we think, work, and travel, new technologies are transforming us both psychologically and physically. They reshape our intimate and social bodies, projecting us into the unknown. Throughout history, societies have established rites of passage to signify the crossing of a symbolic or social threshold. In the same way, Passengers marks and symbolizes the era of change we are experiencing. This traveling installation offers a framed perspective of each exhibition site. Its interior space multiplies the surrounding environment depending on the viewer’s vantage point. Each visitor is invited to pass through the artwork, witnessing their image infinitely amplified within a shifting landscape of reflections.
