(The OPEN ticket gives you the flexibility of choosing the date and time of your visit, and allows you to come to the exhibition whenever you like during the chosen month, without having to reserve a slot in advance).

Who can benefit from the reduced rate?
A reduced rate is available for children aged 4 to 11 inclusive.
A reduced fare is available for people with disabilities who hold a CMI card. One companion per CMI holder is eligible for the reduced rate.
Free admission for children under 4 years of age – please present yourself at the exhibition ticket office on the day of your visit.
What is an OPEN TICKET?
The OPEN ticket offers flexibility in terms of date and time, allowing you to visit the exhibition whenever you like during the month of your choice, without having to reserve a time slot in advance.
The OPEN ticket allows you to show up on the day of your choice, at the time of your choice. This ticket does not include any additional services.
Please note, however, that admission is subject to availability. During busy periods, you may experience longer waiting times on site.
What's in a FAMILY Tariff?
The FAMILY rate is for 4 people (2 adults + 2 children aged 4 to 11 inclusive).
FAMILY rates are available in limited quantities for each session.
Are there reduced fares for PRMs/DSPs and their companions?
There is a PMR/PSH rate of €17.90 on weekdays and €21.90 at weekends, public holidays and during school vacations.
This rate also applies to one accompanying person per PRM reservation. If you are accompanied, it is therefore necessary to reserve 2 PMR tickets.

You will be asked to show proof of identity to gain access to the exhibition: Carte mobilité inclusion, MDPH certificate, disability card are accepted.
Is there a special rate for seniors?
No, the full rate applies.
Is there a rate for jobseekers?
No, the full rate applies.
Is there a special rate for students or PASS CULTURE holders?
Students do not benefit from a special rate; the full rate applies.
Culture Pass holders have access to OPEN tickets on the platform.
Tickets will be sent by e-mail at least 48 hours after booking on the Pass Culture website. No duplicates will be issued. Please note that these tickets are available in limited quantities.
BUY TICKETS
Where can I buy my ticket?
Tickets for the exhibition are on sale at https://tickets.intothelight.paris/ and at all the usual sales outlets.
A ticket office is available on site. However, sessions may be fully booked by the time you arrive, so we strongly recommend that you reserve your tickets in advance on the site.
I bought my tickets on a network other than the official exhibition website. Can I collect my tickets directly from the ticket office?
Over-the-counter withdrawals are not possible.
You must contact your sales network to obtain your tickets.
In case of doubt, the method and location of ticket collection are clearly indicated on your order confirmations.
I can't make it, can I get a refund or change my ticket?
Make someone happy, give your tickets away! Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. Day and time changes are not possible after purchase.
It is important to respect the date and time indicated on your ticket. If you arrive at a different time, you may be refused access.
Will there be additional slots?
We invite you to visit the exhibition website https://tickets.intothelight.paris/ regularly to keep abreast of any new openings.
What is an E-ticket? Do I need to print it?
An e-ticket is a dematerialized ticket.
The e-ticket must be presented to the venue’s access control in digital form on a smartphone or in printed form.
The barcode must be legible so that it can be scanned directly at the exhibition entrance.
You don’t need to go to the counter.
Printing your tickets is not mandatory. If the e-ticket is printed, print quality is essential. Please ensure that your e-ticket is correctly printed on one A4 side only, and that it is not damaged.
Please note that an e-ticket may be printed several times. Do not buy an e-ticket from a stranger. In the event of several people showing up with copies of the same ticket, only the bearer of the first scanned ticket will be admitted, and no claims will be accepted.
How can I obtain my tickets?
For internet sales, E-tickets are available. For sales at the box office, a physical ticket is used.
How can I access my account?

If you have forgotten your password, please click on “forgot password” to renew it.
If you bought your ticket from another distributor, please contact the customer service department of your sales network.
Can I change the date and time of my visit after purchase?
No, according to our general terms and conditions of sale, tickets cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Can I give my tickets away?
Yes, you can pass on your tickets to a third party. Tickets are not nominative.
How can I get an invoice?
Your invoice can be downloaded via your customer account. Please note: the information recorded at the time of your order which appears on your invoice cannot be modified post-purchase.
What payment methods are accepted?
For internet purchases: payment is only possible by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard).
For purchases at the box office: payment by credit card or cash is available.
Payments by cheque, vacation or cultural cheques and American Express cards are not accepted.
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR TICKETS
Is it possible to get a refund?
Once purchased, tickets are not exchangeable, modifiable or refundable, in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale that you have accepted by proceeding to the payment of each of your orders, and in accordance with the legislation relating to tickets in the leisure activity sector.
As tickets are not nominative, you are free to pass them on to whomever you wish.
We invite you to check the date and time, as well as the category and price of the tickets chosen before validating your order, to ensure that they correspond to your request. No claims concerning the dates and times of your tickets will be accepted once your order has been validated.
Who do I contact if I have a problem with my order or tickets?
If you have lost your ticket, or if it has been damaged, we invite you to contact the customer service department of the network from which you made your purchase in order to inform them of your problem.
If you have purchased your ticket on this site, please contact us by e-mail at visiteurs@fimalac-entertainment.com, specifying the date and time of your reservation, your order number, the e-mail address you used to make the purchase, and your full name.
If your ticket is stolen, you will be asked to provide an official declaration of theft. Each request is studied on a case-by-case basis. Duplicates are not issued automatically.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
If you bought your ticket on this site, simply log in to your customer area using the e-mail address and password you used when booking, to download your e-tickets.
If you have purchased a ticket on another website, please contact the customer service department of the network from which you made your purchase to report your problem.
OPENING HOURS / DURATION / CROWDS
Do I have to arrive at the time indicated on my ticket?
It is important to respect the date and time indicated on your ticket.
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket.
If you arrive at a different time slot, you may be refused access.
Can I leave the exhibition and come back afterwards?
No. All exits are final.
I'm going to be late for my visit.

How long does a visit to the exhibition last?
The tour lasts about 1h15.
Once I've booked my ticket, do I need to arrive at a specific time?
If you are in possession of a dated ticket: we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your session time.
If you are in possession of an open ticket: you can enter at the time of your choice; however, entry is subject to availability at each session. In busy periods, you may have to wait longer on site.
What are the exhibition opening and closing times?
The exhibition opens daily at 10 a.m. and closes at 7:15 p.m. when you see slots available until 6 p.m.
When you can book slots until 7pm, the exhibition closes at 8:15pm.
The exhibition is closed on Tuesdays.
PHOTOS
Can I take photos or videos of the exhibition?
Feel free to take photos and share them. Just be careful not to disturb other visitors.
Professional photography equipment and tripods are not permitted.

A podotactile path links the exit from the Porte de Pantin metro station to the Grande Halle and all the public areas along the park’s north-south axis.
I'm planning to drive there. Is it possible to park?
A parking lot is reserved for our spectators with reduced mobility, as well as parking spaces in the conservatory parking lot.
If you would like to be dropped off or parked close to the exhibition site, please contact our Security Department by e-mail at securite@villette.com once you have reserved your tickets and at least 24 hours in advance.

PMR AND PSH ACCESSIBILITY
Accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The entire exhibition is accessible to people with disabilities or reduced mobility.
We do not provide wheelchairs for visitors to our exhibition, so please bring your own.

Are there strobe flashes?
This event does not use strobe lights. However, some works may present epileptic risks.
Important Note for Visitors
Into the Light is a multisensory immersive experience featuring moments of intense light, including strobe effects, lasers, vibrant light transitions, and segments with sound.
We kindly advise guests with photosensitive epilepsy or sensitivity to light and sound to take this into account when planning their visit.
Your comfort and well-being are important to us — please don’t hesitate to reach out to our staff at any time during your visit.
I'm diabetic. Can I bring my insulin?
Your insulin will need to be packed in a dedicated carrying case, and you will be asked to inform the reception staff of this when you arrive in the room.
Can I visit the exhibition with my pet/dog?
Only assistance dogs are allowed.
CHILDREN
Is the exhibition suitable for children? Is there a minimum age for this event?
Yes, the exhibition is accessible to all ages, and the space is suitable for normal-sized strollers. Admission is free for children up to 3 years of age.
Is stroller access to the exhibition permitted?
Single strollers for one child are permitted. Large single, double or triple strollers are not permitted.
Can I participate if I'm pregnant?
For this exhibition, participants are required to stand and progress around the site for around 1h15 minutes. However, this exhibition does not include any installations requiring significant physical effort.
There are no special arrangements for pregnant women or people with temporary disabilities. However, you will be given priority access when you arrive at the exhibition.
Security
What objects are prohibited at the entrance to the exhibition? What are the health and safety regulations?
If the venue or exhibition organizer deems it necessary to set up a security check at the entrance, requiring a visual inspection or search of hand luggage and/or palpation by specialized personnel, all spectators are required to comply, failing which they will be refused access without reimbursement.
Any object likely to be used as a projectile, constitute a weapon or endanger public safety, or any object likely to disturb other visitors, in particular :
- Pyrotechnics
- Knives and sharp objects
- Plastic and glass bottles
- Alcoholic beverages
- Cans and bottles
- All types of food
If the owner of an unauthorized item refuses to part with it, access to the room will be denied, with no refund possible.
The site reserves the right to expel anyone disturbing the peace or failing to comply with these rules, without refund.
Additional health and safety rules :
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Consumption of narcotics is also prohibited.
Careful checks may slow down access to the room, so we thank you for your patience. If palpation is refused, access to the room will be refused.

Can I bring my suitcase or travel bag?
Due to the reinforcement of the Vigipirate plan, suitcases or bags larger than 20x30x20 cm are not allowed inside the exhibition.
ON-SITE FACILITIES AND SERVICES
Are there any benches or seats where you can take a break during the tour?
The exhibition is a walking experience. However, benches, fatboys, banquettes and bleachers are available all along the route from the second stage of the tour onwards.
Is there a checkroom or locker on site?
There are no lockers on site. However, self-service lockers are available.
Will there be toilets on site?
Yes, toilets are available on level -1 at the beginning and end of the exhibition.
Is there a store on the exhibition site?
There will be a store on the exhibition site.
FOOD
Is it possible to bring in outside food?
It is forbidden to bring in outside food.
Is it possible to buy food and drink on site?
Yes, you’ll find a restaurant/bar with seating at the end of the exhibition.
